i woke up before my alarm! but it’s because i didn’t know what day it was or where i was supposed to be. ack.
i only snoozed twice this morning which still got me up in plenty of time. i wouldn’t necessarily call this progress though.
i ended up going out to a movie that didn’t even end up until 11:00 and I didn’t go to bed until 12:30 and I didn’t get up until 7am.
oops.
i’m going to try to go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 6:30am. that sounds fair to my body, right? and by the time i get that into my system – the alarm should be no problem…?
i’m housesitting for a couple who is in europe for a couple of weeks and they have two dogs, so i’m trying to get up in the morning before they wake me up – it’s like a challenge.
but i’ve been waking up almost on time every morning and i only hit the snooze once.
yet so far away.
i woke up when my alarm went off… twice. then i just went right back to sleep. and woke up 45 minutes late… awesome.
this is damn near impossible. even when i go to bed on time (which is a rarity). maybe if i always went to bed on time then my body wouldn’t crave that extra sleep in the morning… hmm.
i can’t do it! my body just won’t get up. and i know its because i don’t sleep enough, but when i say get up, then my body should say ok! oy. oy. oy.
i stay awake until two or three every morning – until i can’t possibly stay awake any longer – and then i wake up at 6:30 or 7 am. But never ever when my alarm goes off. I’ve been late everywhere for two weeks. Ugh.
