when i graduated from college, i was handed an ice cream and coffee shop in a mall to run. business is sucky, but the experience is amazing. it’s not how i intended my coffee shop experience to go at all, but maybe it’s inspiring me for the future – preparing me for something bigger. who knows.
all i have to say is that it’s hard work and you have to want it to do it. otherwise you’re going to be miserable. like i was. but i’m not anymore. i’m just poor :)
