i do this. every week. i go at least twice. usually four times – sometimes more. and yesterday i bought an ipod shuffle to take with me so i could stop knocking my 60gb off the treadmill.
but i’m keeping this goal here as a reminder. just in case.

... i went three miles on the treadmill. burnt about 300 calories – so that’s average. i really pushed myself for minute bursts. it felt amazing.
now i smell gross :)

i can feel every single muscle in my entire body… and they all are sore. oy. oy. oy.
i went to the gym four days in a row and haven’t slept well so i skipped this morning. and i’m sorta sad. but i think my body needed the rest. i’ll go saturday morning :)
last night i did cardio hip hop which is my most fave. then this morning majesta and i got suckered into a cycle class. holy heck! those are intense.
Last night I did 25 minutes of cardio (alone!)... And then this morning, I went with my friend Sarah and we did 25 minutes of cardio, then were doing some arm exercises when our friend Tonya (who is hard core) came in and then we did circuit sets of lunges, crunches and pushups. Then we did squats and exercise ball exercises. Stretches then some weight stuff. Then 20 minutes on the treadmill.
Wowza.
