A few years back, I went on a hike with a friend in this park. Unfortunately, it was not migration season. We were a little early for it. So I didn’t see a ton of birds. But my friend said that he’s seen hundreds of them during the migration season, August-December. It must be amazing to see them. So maybe when I’m on the east coast again during Fall, I’ll get myself out to Hawk Mountain!
