i can’t join in our town’s basketball league because of work. the league has three divisions: midgets, juniors, and seniors. some of my friends invited me or wanted me to join the juniors division. they told me that my skill level, according to them, was juniors-type of basketball skill. but i’m sure there are a lot of other leagues to show my basketball.
when i was in first year college, we won the championships in our basketball intramurals. i was nominated in mythical five, but not chosen. i hope i could show my skills in basketball, especially in making simple plays and draining winning shots. i can slash down through the basket. one thing that hinders me in showing these skills: hesitation. it’s not bad to aim the mvp award, but it’s good that i have a goal like that one. that will boost my confidence in doing my best to reach or achieve that goal.
