I filled out the information sheet from the Charles Schwab website that is supposed to help speed things along when you see your lawyer. My assets are pretty straight forward – mainly just my condo and some retirement accounts. My intention is to get all of my important documents in one place and let my brother know where they are, so if god-forbid I croak soon it’s not such a hassle.
