make homemade cheese

for the last five months, I’ve had the only entries on this goal. I finally just got some milk and did it. pretty yummy too. I used apple cider vinegar. I’d like to try it again with white vinegar, lemon juice, or raspberry vinaigrette.

to buy: cheesecloth. but first: where to get cheesecloth?

i want to get cheese cloth and make a simple queso blanco

so i know how to do it. the problem with yogurt is finding a place of relatively constant temperature and humidity. amybe my classroom?

i know how to make the basic curd cheese. i had some last weekend made with rasberry vinegar and it was lovely.

someday itd be nice to have my own goat to supply the milk for these.
