go to a nude beach

I managed to go last weekend for the first time this summer, and introduced my girlfriend to it in the process. It’s hard to believe I didn’t go earlier in the season, as once I was there I remembered how great it is. There’s really nothing like it. Once you’re nude you just want to stay that way; you don’t want to get dressed at the end of the day to go home.

It’s not about seeing nude people (mostly ugly old men anyway) or showing off yourself – it’s about the feeling of the sun, the wind, the water on your skin. Lose your shame, get over any body image problems or shyness you may have – definitely worth doing.
