I’m just really shy about meeting new people, and I find it easier to get to know people online first. Since moving to Scotland, I’ve had a hard time making new friendships (one of my attempts resulted in a good friend, but the others have either fizzled out or blown up dramatically). I should probably leave this one mostly up to fate, and just try to be cheerful and friendly when I do the other activities on this list!
