Should be doing better—I had four servings yesterday: two glasses of apple juice and a large bowl of salad, which counts as two servings. Today I think I will have to have some of that frozen fruit (maybe in a smoothie) and steamed veggies with dinner. (I love those bags of veg that you just throw in the microwave for two minutes to heat up. Makes things so easy.)
