Let’s see, currently I am taking:

Magnesium
Vitamin B complex
Vitamin C and Zinc
St John’s Wort
Korean Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba
Selenium
Cod Liver Oil with Evening Primrose Oil
Fish Oils
Minerals And Iron
Calcium and Vitamin D
A multivitamin to fill in the corners

I’ve only been doing this for a week or so, but I think it’s helping. It is a lot of pills to take every day though, for a 25 year old, but hopefully this will help prevent me having to take even more in old age.
