Breakfast: as usual, 1 glass of rice-cocoa milk and some flakes
Lunch: pasta with vegetables
Dinner: no dinner! Stuck at the polling station!



3rd May

Breakfast: some rusks spread with honey and sesambutter
Morning sneak: cereal bar
Lunch: mushroom-stuffed ravioli
Afternoon snack: 1 apple
Dinner: soup + peppers



30th April

Breakfast: fruit compote
Lunch: gnocchi (thick, soft dumplings) with different kinds of cheese (e.g. gorgonzola, taleggio)
Afternoon sneak: bruschetta topped with porcini sauce
Dinner: frittata (an egg-based dish similar to an omelette) enriched with cheeses and vegetables; soy yogurt as dessert



29th April

Breakfast: fruit compote
Lunch: salad with black olives, pine nuts and artichoke, plus some cracker and a slice of fruit tart as a dessert
Dinner: ice-cream



28th April

Lunch: spaghetti with mushroom sauce
Dinner: pizza with porcini



20th April

Breakfast: 1 glass of rice-cocoa milk and truffles dessert (prepared with unsweetened chocolate, ricotta, amaretti and Nutella)
Morning snack: a vegan snack with nuts
Lunch: a vegetarian “MeatLoaf” recipe made with beans
Afternoon snack: fruit kanten
Dinner: vegetable soup + tofu cream with courgette and curry



19th April

Gosh, I forgot to update this resolution… _

Breakfast: a bowl of organic cocoa-rice milk with chocolate barley flakes
Morning snack: one apple + 1 pock of crackers
Lunch: salad
Afternoon snack: fruit salad with banana, apple and strawberries
Dinner: vegetable soup



22nd March

Breakfast: a bowl of organic chocolate soy milk with barley flakes
Morning snack: dried Apple Chips
Lunch: Certosa (an Italian cheese) + ice-cream
Afternoon snack: nuts and some apple biscuits
Dinner: vegetable soup

Week 23/01-29/01

25th Janaury

  • Breakfast: a bowl of organic rice-almond milk with barley flakes
  • Morning snack: 1 tangerine + M&Ms pack (I know this last one isn’t a very healthy and ethical choice, but I have a problem that needs to be faced sooner or later: I’m a M&Ms addict)
  • Lunch: lentilballs (that is, polpette prepared with lentils)
  • Afternoon snack: a slice of choco cake
  • Dinner: vegetable soup + 2 boiled eggs + bread
