Thirty pounds is a large milestone for me. I’ve lost 15-20 pounds, only to plateau at that for 2-3 weeks then get jaded and slowly gain the weight back. I’ve haven’t lost as much as I wanted but I haven’t gained weight so I’m pretty proud I’ve kept it up for so long. I still have a long way to go but I just have to keep it up.
It also helps that I’m secreting competing with someone to see who will lose 1/2 of their overall weight loss goal by June. So trying to lose 20 pounds between now and 6/1, the latest 6/15.
Started the weight loss program back in January, currently lost 25 pounds. Trying to get to 50 overall gone by June, and the ultimate goal is 100 pounds lost by November 9 (birthday). This has been a rough month but I’m back on track to lose more weight for March.
I’m also down 1 jeans size :)
I didn’t lose the wanted 15 pounds by 6/15 but I haven’t gained back the weight I lost either so that’s a plus. I also lost an inch in a 3 week people so there’s something going on.
I think I reached my plateau so now I have to turn up my routine to go past the 10 pounds lost.
I lost the weight I gained so now get back to my initial goal of 15 :|
I gained back 7 pounds in the past 2 weeks. So perhaps I need to lose those THEN get back to my goal of losing 15 :P
Since I made my 10 pounds goal (2 weeks later from the designated date but still reached it!), I’m setting up another goal to lose 15 pounds by June 15 for an overall weight loss of 25 pounds. This means more exercise and cutting out more junk food/finding other alternatives.
Lost 10.4 pounds overall as of today’s weigh in.Can’t really see a difference in the body but the scale doesn’t lie. Excited about this indeed.
Tuesday I weighed in 0.6 pounds less than what I weighed in about a week ago. So it’s taking me about 2 weeks additional to get to my 4/1 goal of losing an overall 10 pounds.
I lost the 0.4 I gained as well as another 1.6 pounds, so I’m for 9 pounds gone by the end of the month. I’m not going to crash diet but I will be watching what goes in my mouth extra carefully between now and April 1
I’ve gain 0.4 pounds & doesn’t look like I’m going to be reaching my 10 pounds in 2 months goal. It should be easy but this has been a tough week. I’ve been craving a lot of bad foods lately but I’ve been trying to resist binging out.
