It’s like an annoying cycle.
You do it, and then you get stressed because you did it.
Then because your stressed, you do it.
Then you get stressed because you did it…
You can see where this is going…
Well the longest I’ve gone for without it was 60 days. And then I caved in. I don’t know why I do it and I don’t know how to stop but I’m just hoping that 2007 is the year I finally don’t feel like I have to do it anymore. Why do I do it when I know how bad it makes me feel?
