A few nights ago it just clicked that i ALWAYS used the word ‘like’. You don’t even realise your saying it. So today i told my friends to punch me on the arm every time i said it (i thought the pain might just knock the habit out of me). I don’t think it really worked though, as they’re so used to me saying it nowadays they don’t even acknowledge it. At least my the end of the day i was more aware of when i used the word…
I suppose i’ll have to keep trying.
