I am exercising more than when I set this goal although I don’t know if it’s going to last. Usually, I stop exercising because of pain because well, it hurts or I’m just too tired from battling the pain all night to get up and move my arse to burn calories the next day.
I do feel better, mentally and physically.
I think I am going to exchange this goal for “keep exercising” or some form thereof :D

Well, I’ve sort of made a commitment to take three laps around town every day I am able… which is a walk of around three miles.
I like to walk at night when there aren’t so many people out and it’s cooler. Also it makes it easier because I don’t have to dodge a lot of cars.

It is hard to exercise when I’m sick for 2 weeks out of the month but I’m making a stab at it by doing 8 minutes of toning exercises daily. It’s not a habit until you reach the 30 day mark but I am trying.
