...on monday i danced to hip-hop music at the gym, on tuesday i did mat pilates, and on wednesday i salsa-danced my way to a cardio workout. on saturday i’m signed up to learn to row, so if i do something tonight or tomorrow i’ll have achieved my goal for, as far as i can remember, the first time.
...and almost accomplished my goal last week. I went to a cardio salsa class, walked the track, rowed, and did the elliptical machine.
...on Saturday morning, and I turned fifty shades of red. Exertion.
...walked some more last night and yesterday at lunch. Total walking: 30 minutes. Hate to admit it, but I feel exhausted and my feet hurt.
...which is better than nothing. One hiking trip, one trip to the gym…
