Stop drinking so much (alcohol)

This summer i finally realised that i was taking it way too far so me and a friend promised ourselves not to drink till christmas. its so damn hard but i’ll make it!

I love to drink when i go out. Just give me a drink and i’ll drink it. But lately its gotten me into trouble. I lost some good (male) friends because of my drinking habits. I used to be drunk, carried around on the streets every weekend. And if possible i’d also drink on weekdays. Im just 16 years old and i do know im sensitive for adictions. but just when i get one drink, i just cant stop!
