Right, so I seem to have a rather good freestyle now. My arms are doing great, and so is the breathing. I can even do it for ages without stopping. The thing I have a problem with is my legs… When I use a kick board I do fine, but actually putting it with the strokes aswell, my legs are just useless. Got to get it together more. Any advice??

Ok, so maybe I don’t look like I’m drowning any more but I could really improve so much more. I am now able to alternate between 25m Front crawl and 25m breast stroke, but would really like to be able to swim constantly free style and not get so tired. I think it’s just a case of keep going and try to get better every time. My stroke is a lot better. Tried to do the flip thing in the water to turn around. Won’t be trying that again for a while! :-/
I have started swimming but I look like i’m drowning when I’m doing the front crawl. Get very tired very quickly, drink about 2 pints of the water and cannot breathe… Definitely need to improve. Cant continue to embarrass myself in this manner.
