If I can discipline myself to do this, then I can clarify my priorities and goals. Doing this regularly, while additionally reading encouraging quotes in the morning seemed to have been effective when I worked. I’m going to try and pick this habit up again now that I’m in school so I can measure myself and have proof for myself that this is effective.
