I’ve been bouncing between 83 and 85 kg for months now, I’ve tried being more active and rebooting my diet but nothing seems to work :/
Doesn’t matter though, my 43things friend kathybacon gave me the moral boost I needed so I will keep trying and I won’t give up before reaching 80 kg!

Actually I’m already in the process of losing weight by
combining a low carb diet with exercise.
I began at 110+ kg (243lbs) at the start of this year, and today that I’m setting this goal I weight 87kg(192lbs).
To tell the truth, I’m not sure how much more weight I can lose but at this point I’m trying to stay optimistic about reaching the 80kg (176lbs) goal.
