I think this is going reasonably well. Lunch is sometimes still a problem. We always have a decent dinner though, and I’m eating breakfast.

I went to the dentist earlier in the year for the first time in ages. The reason I decided to finally go was because my wisdom teeth were making things crowded and one tooth in particular had been pushed out of line. I had to decide between three options, seeing as it wasn’t hurting, and I went with a retainer to try and stop it getting worse for now. This decision was made partly due to me moving shortly and money. But I have the option to improve things later on. I also got something to brush in between my teeth and visited the hygienist for the first time and revisited them last week. That has meant my gums are much better.

Target for April 7 months ago

I’m aiming to not go a day without brushing my teeth this month. It’s the only thing that hasn’t improved. I think I’ll keep track of my progress like the goal I used to have for it..

Progress 16 months ago

Eat properly: Same as last entry.

Get into a good sleeping pattern: I’m doing this now. In bed earlier and awake much earlier.

Brush my teeth twice a day: Not twice a day, but I’m a bit better than before.

Eat properly: I think I’m better at making myself eat, but I still have times where I need pushing. I can’t manage to eat as much as I could, which is frustrating for me. Especially if I have to leave so much on a plate.

Get into a good sleeping pattern: This isn’t too important until I get a job. I know I can do it when it comes to it.

Brush my teeth twice a day: This one is all over the place. While I’m at home I try to do it once a day, but when you’re in no schedule and you don’t know when you’re going to sleep, or eat etc it’s hard to remember and know when to brush your teeth. It’s been worse when I’m at my boyfriend’s in the past, but I’m going to try extra hard from now on to remember and be bothered to brush my teeth more often.
