I am doing quite well at this. I’ve been stretching most nights for Cheer, and doing my Cheer workouts. Now, I just need to start lifting weights and running more. :)

I do exercise a lot more with Cheerleading, but it’s still not enough for a weekly workout!
I walk all the time now. To school and around school. I must walk about a mile everyday, no kidding. It really can tire you out and is a simple and great way to exercise.
