I mediatated the minute I woke up. Only for about 3 minutes, but it calmed me down.

I will meditate today. I need to calm down and take a break from everything and everyone. :-)
I’m changing this goal to ‘Meditate More Often’ because I won’t instantly remember in the morning. I don’t have the time.
It really helps me feel engergized and relaxed, it’s awesome. :-)
I just meditated for about 5 minutes and it’s so amazing. It really relaxes your body and helps your breathe better. I have to do this very morning, right after I wake up.
