Woo it's been a while...  — 1 day ago

I know I haven’t been on this site for aaaaaaaaages, but I will certainly be getting back on track with my goals, which I haven’t been working on AT ALL!! Anyway, this goal is still one I suck at. Coming home not hungry and still eating? It’s gotta stop! I watch a lot (a lot) of WWE, and on the site the divas have been giving really helpful tips on how to be healthier, seeing how it’s national women’s health week in the US. Check it out on wwe.com

The Process  — 1 month ago

When we eat something with sugar, salt or fat, it makes us want more and more sugar, salt and fat. If we limit the amount of these foods we eat, then we’ll continue to eat less, I think, as our bodies will not be craving any fat intake. It’s okay to have, say, 2 chocolate bars a week, maybe 3, depending on what else we eat. But too many can be really bad for us. Of course, there’s the exceptions of Christmas and the soon-to-be Easter and Halloween, but everyone splashes out on the holidays! :-)

Getting Better  — 2 months ago

I’m eating more fruit and trying new things and I’m also getting a lot more exercise, which is a plus. I could do with cutting down on my sugar and fat intake though. :-)

It’s so off putting! I live around the corner from a small bakery and it sells the most amazing cakes!

Life is too hard at the mo’. Schoolwork (I will not procrastinate!) friendships, parents, family, and life cominbed with eating healthy and exercising is too much for me. I’m exercising more, and have more energy, but I’m still not eating as good as I should be. :(

Exercise  — 3 months ago

Yesterday was great. I did 15 minutes on the punchbag, and went the park with my friends for about an hour. :)

The Rights Snacks  — 3 months ago

If have a snakc, such as chocolate or junk food, I always end up eating about 8 of them in one go. If have a healthy snack, such as an apple or nuts, I usually only have it once. Therefore, I must snack healthily and only have one of the chosen snack.

Need To Exercise More  — 3 months ago

My bike has a flat tyre, so I can’t go cycling until next week. I might go for a walk or run instead. I don’t know though. I need to do a few simple exercises a day, instead of one strenuous, long work out. :)

Today..  — 3 months ago

So far today I’ve had breakfast, a glass of orange juice and a glass of water. I need to have lunch now. Being healthy doesn’t mean giving up eating, but changing the way you eat. You can eat as much as you want as long as it’s healthy, right? Wrong. We should be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every single day, along with 3 servings of wholegrain, carbohydrates, protein, fat and fibre. If we eat a little bit of everything from each food group, we will be healthier, along with 30 minutes of exercise each day.

I just ate 4 cupcakes. Haven’t exercised in about 3 days. Feel sick. Need help. Go to write longer sentences. Need MORE Help. How do you incredible people do it?!
