I know I haven’t been on this site for aaaaaaaaages, but I will certainly be getting back on track with my goals, which I haven’t been working on AT ALL!! Anyway, this goal is still one I suck at. Coming home not hungry and still eating? It’s gotta stop! I watch a lot (a lot) of WWE, and on the site the divas have been giving really helpful tips on how to be healthier, seeing how it’s national women’s health week in the US. Check it out on wwe.com
