I started kickboxing classes last night, and I’m loving it! I love the feeling that I’m doing something beneficial for my body. I’m in alot of pain afterwards, but it’s all worth it and it’s fun. I hope to keep this up and soon be feeling better than ever!

This house is making me ill! I just need some fresh air once in a while.
When I’m bored, I eat. When I’m sad, I eat. I eat before bed, and I eat when I get home. I just never eat breakfast! Maybe if I did I wouldn’t eat so much! =]
It was cancelled the week before, which me and my friend were both bummed about. But this week was okay. Not as tiring as the previous lesson I thought, but good all the same. We even did some punching techniques too, which was pretty cool, and some more people were there, which was nice so I can make new friends too. But I need to remember to bring a drink next time! Luckily, my friend let me have some of her’s, which was nice of her. But I need to start drinking more water again.
Everyone who lives with me in my family can tell I have a computer problem. I mean it’s not really that, it’s just that I can’t think of other things to do.
But I need to.
I joined the Fitness Club at school, and with my friend, because you’ll always need someone to help support you, plus we both want to get healthier. It was GREAT and my legs may be killing right now, even though it’s 3 hours later, but still, no pain, no gain, right? And in PE they’re trying to improve everyone’s fitness levels, so we’re doing a lot of cross country and stuff. It’s horrible and painful, but the result really pays off and makes you feel happy and proud of yourself. I’ve been having stomach problems though these past few months though, but the exercise should help. =)
It isn’t just about being thin or eating right. It’s about not getting ill or sick, and preventing it, it’s about keeping a good balance of social life, schoolwork and other activites. It’s about being a kind person, loving life and being healthy. Staying on a computer but having a balanced diet is not healthy. Balance. It’s all about the balance. And I need to find mine, because I’m not balancing my life at the moment.
I’ve walked a lot more this week…My feet have been killing lol but it’s worth it.
This year there will be more sports clubs and stuff, so I might aswell take the opportunity to join.
My family and I have begun a healthy eating(ish) plan. We’re only buying Healthy snacks, like fruit and nuts, and calcium foods, like yoghurt and ice cream, as treats. We’re drinking a lot more water, but it’s really hard to resist eating junk food. Sure, we need some occasionaly, but while you’re detoxing your diet, you need to stop it altogether. Then, you probably won’t even want junk food! :-)
