stop biting my nails

Okay, my friend is having a party, and we’ll probably be getting our nails done, etc. Thing is, I have no nails! I have about a month before the party, so no more biting till then! This will be hard.

I didn’t bite my nails for a whole week. I was so proud of myself. But then, I was laying down watching tv, and after getting bored with the commercials, I couldn’t help but nibble! I felt so angry. My thumbnails look much better, but I’m gonna try and stick with this from now on.

Didn’t bite today at school! They look shorter than yesterday though lol…but I know I haven’t bitten! :)

I’m trying really hard with this one. I can do this!! :D

Haven’t bitten all week woohoo!

Okay, so it’s only Tuesday, but that’s big for me! And I haven’t even really been tempted, and if I was, I just remembered not to!

This week has been very good so far.

I haven’t bitten much at all this week, and I’m not giving up! =]

I know in my heart I CAN do this. I just keep forgetting! I can never seem to remember ‘don’t chew! don’t chew!’ and I always end up biting at least once in the day. I know in my heart and my mind I will achieve this. It will just take a lotta time…and patience =]

Am I that hungry I need to chew off part of my own body? Nope. It’s just the same as eating your toe or finger lol. But seriously, I need to stop.

I painted them, just to stop me biting lol.

I’m going back to my old ways again. Biting, biting and not even caring. I need to sort this out. My parents have commented and so did my best friend yesterday, while we were out shopping and saw the nail parlour, I said, Aw it’d be nice to get our nails done. And she said that I couldn’t cause mine we’re all bitten and probably still bite them. I couldn’t disagree though, I’m awful at it.
