I think i was already a pretty good listener, but when people drown you with boring stories, you have to be polite. My friend always tells me these “Tall-Tales” about her life, and I just nod and try to find something more amusing to do. She doesn’t notice though. When I do end up listening, I actually become immersed in what someone says. I feel like this is acheived.
