stop using retard and spastic as derogatory terms

i can’t ever work with mentally disabled people using my current vocab so i have to improve! i have been trying not to use these terms but i have replaced them with ‘mong’ which is probably just as bad. i can’t think of a word that can replace these that isn’t rude to somebody. unco is my best bet i think. i only ever use them to describe myself but still. mabye i should use a mod internet dictionary or something to find a repacement. anyway i am trying hard at this one.
