It was a slow slow day, that i mastered the lazyness... 2 years ago

Well, today i got up at 5.30 in the morning, mostly due to an almost sleepless night. But i stay tough, keeping me awake to settle into my bed at about 10pm, hopefully i can set up a new rhythm. During summer i achieved this goal, many weeks i got up at 7 in the morning, the time my clock rang. Some entries here really helped me, and the experience i made is that only that one habit rules: to get up with the bell, not one second wasted with internal discussion, and that some days are needed to get used to it! Forget about the multiple-clock-strategy, the time you only once hit the snooze-button your utterly lost… but anyway, what made it for me impossible to sustain this habit were my disastrous weekends, where i have been on the road, so to say. I guess one have to stay with it each day, otherwise it gets to confusing for your body (mine at least, i was an late-riser my whole life, one or two days are enough to destroy that early-pulse, until it gets a really routine…). Well then, now at these wintertimes i like it to stay at home, even on weekends, so that i hope i can do it again for the course of the next months, so that my mind will recognise it as a deepend habit, more comfortable to stay with than to break it.
