if anything at all, this goal has taught me i have no staying power (if i didnt already know that or anything…). i basically am incapable of seeing the bigger picture and spend far more that i shall ever save, even when i know its for something important. and im beginning to realise this could be a serious issue in the future – i impulse buy, and only consider the over cost of things later, which im sure could lead me into mountains of debt when im finally allowed out into the big wide world. and i have no management skills, so theres no way i’ll keep track of everything. damn it!
so, ive almost hit the £500 mark, im paying in some money tomorrow, and it will like be really really close to £500 so yays^^. im not working for a couple of weeks though which is a little annoying but ohwells im properly determined to get to the £1000 mark. it shall be done!
so, not really saving money, but in the process of cleaning my room, i found £50 i didnt know i had lol, so a major plus! i think im gonna go down to the bank tomorrow and pay it straight in before i can even think of spending it. i have less than sixty quid to my name at the moment, so i think i definitely need to start acutally putting this goal into practice. i want to have saved…£500 maybe, by christmas, and hopefully £1000 by the end of my next school year. dont know if itll happen though :P.
