I’ve read that it takes 28 days to form a habit. I have written every day for as much as 3 to 4 months at a time, but then one day I don’t write, and that single day is enough to break my habit as if I never formed it in the first place.
I want to write every day for a year. 2008 is that year :-).
I have been writing every day for the last few days. Now I’ve got to keep it going. I thought I’d made it a habit when I wrote every day for a few months earlier this year, but I guess not, because I missed one day and then stopped writing at all for a while.
I fell off the wagon and didn’t get right back on. Then the wagon rode away and now I’m running down the street trying to catch it . . .
I’ve written every day so far this year. I just finished the first draft of a screenplay I started on January 1st.
I’ve set a goal for myself to write every day in 2007. I don’t count blogging in this goal; I mean creative writing, such as story, novel, or screenplay.
