首先,把紅糖放進鐵鍋燒融成焦糖汁,倒進布丁杯;三顆全蛋+三顆蛋黃打勻;500CC的全脂牛奶慢火加熱,然後把蛋汁緩緩倒入,加香草粉攪勻後瀝過,倒進布丁杯;燒一鍋水,水大約布丁杯八分高,水滾後小火,把布丁杯放進鍋子(注意不要讓水漫進杯子),兩分鐘後關火,蓋上鍋蓋悶10-15分鐘,好吃的香草布丁就可以上桌。
