i drink 3 cups of coffee per day. and i probably won’t be able to improve on that.
i don’t like alcohol very much anymore. it has been giving me a headache.

This week, I probably averaged 1.5 beers and 2.5 coffees.
i don’t know if it’s because i’m exercising or some other biochemical thingie, but i really don’t feel like drinking much coffee or alcohol anymore. This week anyway.
I would say I averaged 2 alcohols and 2 coffees per day this week.
I would like to average 1 alcohol and 1.5 coffees every day for a month before I mark this as done. I’m not sure I want to deal with caffeine withdrawal (zero coffees) at this point. That may be another goal later.
caffeine and/or alcohol is affecting my skin. today my doctor confirmed this.
nothing major, but i still need to cut back. i’m currently drinking 4 cups of coffee and alcohol per day (coffee at work, alcohol at home).
