Mountain

In specific, Mount Ruapehu. Photo taken from the Turoa ski-field on a fine sunny, winter’s day. :)

I had a great time boarding there, and taught this girl I met, how to snow board. :)

Country Road

This is where I grew up, where I walked to school, where I rode my bike, where I took my horse running, where I went wandering when I needed thinking time, where I went running for exercise, where I drove to work… This piece of road also connects my fathers house, where I lived when I was younger, to my step fathers house, where I moved when I was 8. I don’t ever want to forget this place. It’s where I grew up, and it’s become a part of who I am.

Dog

This is our dog Boo. We named her when she was a puppy, before she found out that she is scared of her own shadow. lol. She is incredibly energetic and enthusiastic, but gives herself frights all the time, like when she could hear a pheasant in the grass, she freaked out more than the bird I think. :)

She also does this funny thing I call ‘go nuts’ when she runs around really fast, barking, and showing off her cornering skills. Very cute and very funny. I really enjoy taking her out for a walk. We sometimes race, but she always wins. :)
