buy a great house

We saw such a incredible house, we loved that so much, that we nearly bought it. But then we got our pre-approved morgage papers and we sat down, looked at them and talked, and decided to postpone the whole idea for some time. Too much risk, too much money, too much stress, we need more savings and more security with our jobs, which I still do not have btw. So some time later, still it was a good excercise that tought us a lot.

We slowed down, no more searching the internet, no driving around and looking at the houses. we need a break. We will come back to that in a month or so. We think the prices are still TOO high. Isn’t it an economy collapse, by the way. Well, definitely when you talk to the home owners, they do not seem to notice it, they still want much too much, like we would be still in 2006 or so.
