Im .. sad?

You know that feeling, when you realize that that certain guy you love isn’t the guy you’re meant to be with. Well it took me a while to realize this. I am staying in on a friday night and wasn’t even invited out by him :( I asked why I couldn’t be there at the party with him and it was because he didn’t want to be burdened by me.
I literally do not know what to do because he is fine and I am not. I am at a complete loss and leave the relationship with nothing. Again.
Any advice?
