make new friends

I’m having a few friends over tomorrow evening for a movie night and I’ve invited one of my new friends. She seems so incredibly nice, and I hope we’ll end up being good friends. Plus, I’m patting myself on the back on actually hosting something at my place. However, if I don’t want to be embarassed tomorrow evening I ought to get to work on another one of my 43 things goals—cleaning my apartment. Right now, it looks like a diaster area.

Yesterday I met a girl at the pool who went to the same university that I attended. We chatted for a while about good ol’ TLU. It’s still too soon to tell though if we’ll be friends, but it’s a start. I’ve also met another girl (through my mom no less)and she seems really nice. I do think we’ll be friends. Now if only I could meet some guys…
