almost 100% of the time using www.thedailyplate.com. I used to be a fan of fitday, but the daily plate is a lot easier and faster to use. I definitely would never take the time to write down food, much less look up calories and fat etc., but it’s all right there on the daily plate. I’ve also been using it to keep track of my exercise and weight. I love the graphs and the fact that you can see your BMI with one click. And as for exercise, it really highlights the fact that you can’t exercise for 30 minutes and then get a venti mocha and think that it’s going to help you any.
I think keeping a food journal is pretty central to weight loss for me.
