Which means it’s awkward to carry around with me and would make my chest sore if I tried to read it in bed like I do with most books.
So you can imagine how excited I was to find out there’s an app for that! There’s an app for iphone (Vegetarian How to Cook Everything) that contains all the recipes and all of the text of this book. Score! I was worried about completing this resolution, but now that I can read it in bed, in line, or wherever I happen to be, I only have to worry about making too much delicious food.

Made Simplest Dal. It was okay. I didn’t add the butter, so maybe it would’ve been better if I had.
