I am about 2.5 pounds below my actual goal, although I am trying to get to 3 pounds below so that I have a bit of a range to work with. My BMI is 22.5. I’ve effectively reached this goal, but I think I’m going to keep it active until I lose that other half of a pound.

I am at 57 lbs lost, total. I’ve lost about 27 pounds since October. I’m 2 pounds below my first goal, and my BMI is 24.
I think if I lose about 6 more pounds I’ll be happy, but I still feel like I have more belly fat than I want. I’m definitely going to keep eating and exercising about the same once I reach my goal. If I lose more pounds, I certainly won’t mind. But even now, I think my main concern is to decrease my body fat and perhaps continue to increase my lean muscle mass.
It’s all fine-tuning at this point, really, and it’s kind of weird. After years of being obese, and even more years of being overweight, I’m finally in the normal weight range, and that in itself feels pretty fabulous. I guess it helps that I have never wanted to be “skinny.”
and my goal weight would put me at 62 pounds lost total.
I am currently 10.4 pounds away from my goal.
