dye my hair blue

I really loved my blue hair, even though it was a rather difficult project and the colour didn’t last very long. The turquoise was very nice too, I also didn’t mind at all that my hair always faded back to my good old green. But it’s time to move on. I’ve been really indecisive about my hair lately, not being sure whether I should continue with the shock colours or do my hair a favor and go back to normal colours. Shock colours are so much fun, they always make me joyful, but on the other hand… My hair is in bad condition once again, because of the shock colours and especially the bleaching. I’ve also had blue/turquoise/green hair for over six months straight now. I’ve enjoyed it tremendously, but it’s time for change.
I’m sure I’ll miss the colour(s) again, but oh well, that always happens. We’ll see if I give them a third round, someday. Maybe, maybe not.

Finally I can say with full confidence that my hair is blue! Wohoo! (Well, my roots are now green, but that’s not bad.)
Mission accomplished.
I love this colour! So pretty. I hope tomorrow won’t be a really grey day, I’d like to take photos in better light.

I just went and bought two more blue hair dyes! :D Just couldn’t help myself, I want to have one more try at it. I’ll also be bleaching my hair, especially my roots, so it should look nice.
I didn’t get the exact dye I wanted, but I’m hoping the mix of these new colours will look good (“Fancy Blue” & “Turquoise Bleu”). I suppose my hair will still look greenish, but oh well.
I think I’ll be dyeing my hair some time next week, maybe Friday. :)

all of the blue did not get washed away yet! It makes me very happy.
It also makes me happy to notice that my hair looks bluer whenever I’m outside, hehe. Depends a lot on the light.

^{It’s funny how my hair colour looks so different in photos, depending on which camera I use. My big baby Canon photographs it looking more green and the little Kodak makes it look this blue. Heh. I edited these photos to be a bit darker, btw. They were super light at first, but still blue.}

So, ‘tis what I ended up with. Still lots of greeness in there, yeah~ and my roots didn’t take in the dye after all, hmph. But oh well.

I had practically given up on getting my hair dyed blue because it just seemed too difficult for me to reach now
^{(too much bleaching and always the “worry” of going back to green, either by my bleached yellow hair reacting with the blue, thus making green or just that the green base won’t give in)}
but instead I went and bought a hairdye today! :D I’m going to give it one more go. I’m really counting on this colour now, it has to be good. I’m pretty sure it will be: it’s the best dye I’ve used so far and from what I remember from last year, it also covered my roots and stayed in my hair really long and didn’t fade too much. Fingers crossed.
Still not quite sure when I’ll be dyeing my hair~

I just dyed my hair and this time the result really was supposed to be blue, but… I don’t see a big change. I think my hair’s basically the same as before. Sigh. This brand of shock colours isn’t very good.
Now I can’t decide if I should buy a proper blue dye on Monday and dye my hair again at some point after Christmas or just let it be – let it fade and then dye it a “normal” colour. Hmmm~ I do finally want to get my hair really blue but I’m sort of getting bored, too.
