to stop and put time into thinking about what you like about yourself. It made me appreciate what I’ve got and I feel so good for doing it.

Sure there are things that I would like to change about myself and I know that I will do so with a bit of persistance. However, I’m pretty pleased so far with what life has dished out and how I’ve turned out. This has been a fantastic exercise. It’s made me stop and think about how lucky I am and I feel so much better about myself. Yay.
that people are just trying to live their lives the best they can so not to judge them but try and help them if they want help.
and I can also be the wallflower, depending on what mood I’m in. I like it that I can sit in the corner and chat with people or I can rark it up and I’m comfortable with both.
I can play music, am good with my hands and have a good eye for creativity….but I can’t draw to save myself!
I know that I can achieve whatever I put my mind to if I persevere.
I don’t need to fill up the airwaves with unnecessary chatter. I’m happy with silence. I like the peacefulness.
I dream about all the things I want to do. I’m glad I spend time doing this and am not bogged down in the hustle and bustle of life that there is no time or space for this.
