Well, I’m really trying.
I’ve amped up my workout routine and toned down my FOOD routine, lol.
It’s tough though, to keep working and working day after day without seeing concrete results. I know it will take months to really show, and I can already feel a difference physically…I just wish you automatically had abs after doing crunches =/
I guess I should stop writing about it and get my butt on the floor and DO some.
