Well, I’ve bought a steel-boned corset and it’s helping a LOT. I wear it most of the day and almost every night (I sleep weirdly and it causes morning aches).
The corset has helped SO much! It’s easier to stand straight in a corset than it is to relax/slump without one. The metal casing holds me up and my shoulders (which always seemed to hunch over) just rest atop. It’s an underbust, so I can still wear a normal bra and wear the corset under all of my daily clothing.

I live on the computer and this keeps me from getting cramps and slumping. It’s simple enough to follow-through with. And free. I’ve scanned it and it’s free of adware, spyware, virus, and all those nasty buggies.
