i really need to stop getting so discouraged so easily. Whenever I start to crave something, I just have to think about how i’ll feel once i’m done eating it, because I’ll feel horrible about myself once i’ve polished off a huge plate of pancakes. Also, I can’t just pretend i’ll “start my diet all over again tomorrow,” and totally binge out for the rest of the day. IT DOESN’T FREAKING WORK!!! I really need to remember that this is my lifestyle choice, to stay healthy, be skinny, and exercise well.

HEY GUYS
so…i did ok sunday and yesterday,
sunday:
half a movie popcorn
sushi
salad
small fro yo
yesterday:
LOTSA tea and iced tea
a spoonful of smoothie
peaches
a small tomato and cheese sandwich
6 pieces of spicy tuna sushi
today:
a pecan waffle
2 coffes with sugar and milk
a few bites of hash browns….ughh not so good so far
