I’ve been getting up every morning a 5am to do yoga with the t.v. and i workout to Adrienne Reed and Steve Russ and since i’ve done the same things for over a week, i don’t feel the burn i should feel and if i push harder i still don’t feel it. Am i doing something wrong?
