hey i havent been on here in like so long! well i need some very good tips on how to lose weight really fast..but i cant take pills because i am unable to get my hands on them. im going to be on the cross country team next year and i dont want to look like the girl who is 2 times the size of that other girl..if u know wat i mean. so pleeeeeeeease help!!
