the special k diet today they reckon that if you eat their cereal for 2 meals a day then you can lose around 9 pounds in two weeks!

god damn holiday!

I have just come back from a good holiday in Goa and you would have think i did nothing but eat for 15 days as I have managed to put on a staggering 6 pounds I now weigh in at 12 stone 13.5 pounds!
