finally did it. 2 years ago

didn’t have a choice.

i was in the hospital.
but i’ve been sticking to my meal plan
and THAT, my friends, was all my doing :D



big problem. 2 years ago

i’m in recovery from an eating disorder, and this is definitely one of my harder points. i have a really rough time adding meat, or any protein, into my meals and it’s really taking a toll on me…especially my energy level.

if anyone has any easy ideas about food prep in order to help my intake, it would be greatly appreciated :)
