I was able to work out yesterday. So I did, it wasn’t long but I woke up a little sore today and that’s always nice. I really could get to three days this week, but I’m not sure if I should work out three days in a row because I’m so out of shape. I’ll see how sore I feel tonight when I get home. :). And on Saturday when I wake up.

I just have to say that this not working out thing is killing me. I actually never realized HOW MUCH I work out during my day. I just throw it in everywhere…which is probably weird. But I do squats while I’m brushing my teeth in the morning and at night. I do lunges on my way to the bathroom at work (because no one can see me). when I’m alone in the front at work, I do squats and lunges and pushups until the phone rings. I actually work out pretty much all day long. I never realized how little I actually sit around and do nothing until I’m forced to sit around and do nothing!
I’ve failed at this goal. However, it was mainly due to the fact that I CAN’T work out this week. And I guess maybe I could count the first and second week still as wins. Since the doctor informed me not to even walk much, and specifically advised me against working out for at least four days from today, three days simply isn’t going to be possible this week. So, I guess I have a doctors note for this one. But I’ll be back on the work out band waggon next week!
Hope to work out tonight which will bring me to a solid three days. I’ve actually worked out a bit every day, but I was so sore on Tuesday I could barely move, so it was quite limited. Oops, guess I over extended myself. I did the same workout yesterday though, and I woke up today considerably less sore, so it must be working. Quickly!
started yesterday in my head, because half the week is in FEB. Because I’m probably not going to work out Wed. Thurs. AND Friday (although, I might!), I have already done one day this week and I hope to add on today, off to a good start, just need to keep it up.
